Loan/Debt Capital Financing

In structured (loan-)financing by (syndicated) loans and bond loans, we support our clients during the entire transaction process. We develop, often together with our client’s financing experts, a suitable financing model, negotiate with banks and draft the entire financing documentation (term sheets, loan and security agreements, legal opinions etc.). Our expertise is often also requested on the conclusion of agreements amending existing financing.

Our Full-Service approach is not exclusively concentrated on financing projects as such. We also support our clients in all measures to be taken in connection with the transaction, in particular obtaining board decisions which may be necessary and their internal implementation, for example, by introduction of corresponding guidelines.

We also assist our clients in completing the loan. We assess planned corporate measures against the background of the loan agreement conditions and obtain any consents of the lenders which may be necessary.

We review existing financing agreements for possible improvements and prepare, with our clients, proposals for amending financing structures.
