You start your career as a lawyer as an employee. Excellent exam results (at least fully satisfactory), preferably a doctorate (almost complete thesis) as well as enjoyment of academic and simultaneous practical work are essential.

The training of new entrants is important to us. We devote a great deal of time thereto. We encourage any appropriate further training and accompany new entrants in accordance with their interests and inclinations.

We offer new entrants the possibility of working with a number of partners and to experience the various working styles.

We do not prescribe chargeable hours. That would not suit our philosophy. Every new entrant is supported individually by a tutor. Individual work performance assessment is communicated in half yearly interviews.

The commencing salary is EURO 85,000 per annum. Your further financial development is in accordance with your personal development in the partnership.

Naturally we provide a comprehensive library, access to legal databanks, personal secretarial services and a modern and large office with all communication facilities in a central attractive location.
